This Cup Smoothie is my everyday choice pick-me-up during those wild morning or afternoon moments when you just need a pick-me-up. It's that simple, flexible to what you have in your pantry, and truthfully? It's delicious. I came across this recipe one day when I needed an energy boost, but didn't want to mess around with a finicky recipe or a gazillion dish stack! It's my happy place. I'm convinced my friend Jess is convinced this smoothie is some kind of miracle fix-it-all. although I'm sure it is more the result of great ingredients combined.

One of the things I absolutely adore about this recipe is how flexible it is. No bananas? Frozen berries will be just as great! No yogurt? A dash of milk or juice works beautifully too! It's great when you're short on time, or you're looking for a quick, healthy snack.
