The Ingredients: Less is More!

You will not have to raid your pantry for this one. Keep it simple; keep it delicious.

  • 5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes (or your fave – russets work too!)
  • Generous amount of kosher salt (we're aiming for salty goodness here)
  • Water, enough to completely cover the potatoes (with a couple inches for a cushion)

That's it! Really. No fancy herbs, no crazy spices. We're letting the potato shine. (Though, feel free to get creative later with additions – more on that in the conclusion!)
