🍽 Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Blue Curaçao
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup (optional)

📖 Instructions

1. Gather your ingredients and equipment. Make sure your glasses are well-chilled. This is crucial for a refreshing drink!
2. If using fresh oranges, juice about 1/2 an orange to get approximately 1 ounce of fresh juice. Alternatively, you can use store-bought orange juice. I prefer fresh-squeezed!
3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Blue Curaçao, and orange juice. Don't forget the ice! This step is usually where I discover I need to re-fill my ice tray. Silly me!
4. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously until the shaker is well chilled. Shake it like you mean it!
5. Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. I use big, beautiful ice cubes, but you do you.
6. Garnish with an orange slice (and maybe a fun little umbrella? Why not?).
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your Electric Blue Lagoon! Make sure to taste before you show off your super fun, colorful new cocktail!

• Adjust sweetness to your liking. More ice makes for a colder cocktail.
