This recipe is surprisingly easy to make; it takes less time than ordering your daily frappucino. I am always looking for ways to add more fruits and veggies into my diet in tasty ways!   1. Gather your ingredients and equipment. Make sure your strawberries are washed and your spinach is clean. (I once forgot this and it was...well, yuck!)
  2. Add the strawberries, spinach, honey (or maple syrup), water, and ice to a high-powered blender. I prefer using my trusty Vitamix, but any blender will do!
  3. Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. You should aim for a lovely, vibrant pink color with no large chunks of spinach or strawberries.
  4. If you're feeling fancy, you can strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any remaining seeds or fibers. Personally, I don't usually bother – I'm all about that rustic look (and less dishes to clean!),
  5. Taste and adjust! If it needs more sweetness, honey or maple syrup is always your friend! A squeeze of lime juice might add a zesty surprise too!
  6. Pour into serving glasses filled with ice. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a sprig of mint. Fancy, I know, but it really makes a difference!
