📖 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This is crucial for even roasting!
  2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of raw peanuts with 2 tablespoons of honey. Make sure every peanut is nicely coated. If you have a friend who's really into this process you could ask them for help! It can get sticky!
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of sriracha to the peanut mixture. Stir gently to distribute the sriracha evenly. Now would be a good time to taste test a peanut or two and make sure you're happy with the sweet-spicy level. Adjust accordingly. Trust your gut!
  4. Spread the peanut mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet. Don't overcrowd the sheet; otherwise, they might steam instead of roast. Make sure the peanuts are spread out in one layer or else they wont cook evenly.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning. You're looking for a nice golden-brown color.
  6. Once the peanuts are roasted and crispy, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. This is important to prevent the peanuts from getting soggy.
  7. Once they're completely cool, you can store them. Yum!

📝 Notes

  • For extra flavor, you could add a pinch of sea salt at the end.
