  1. First things first, gather all your ingredients! Make sure your fruits and vegetables are clean and ready to go. It really helps to prep everything ahead of time. Trust me on this one!
  2. Next, chop up those fruits and vegetables. You know what? I don't even bother peeling most things, especially if it is organic. Less work, more nutrients!
  3. Now, throw everything into your blender. This is always the fun part, especially if you have a good blender that can handle thick smoothies. I have an older one, and I have to get creative sometimes, so just go slowly and in stages
  4. Now, start blending! Start on a lower speed, then gradually increase it to high speed. Blend until completely smooth. If it’s too thick, add more liquid, a little at a time, until you get the desired consistency. If you prefer some chunkier bits, feel free to stop blending before it's perfectly smooth.
  5. Once it's blended to your liking, pour it into a glass. Add a straw or a spoon, whichever you prefer, and enjoy your tasty and energizing smoothie! And you’re done, see? Not as hard as you thought! I told you, trust me!
